-What is energy work?
The first thing to understand is that everything is energy. Everything! From the cells in your body to the emotions you feel, all are different forms of energy vibrating at their own specific frequency rates. Energy cannot be created or destroyed. It can, and does, change forms constantly.
For example, in plants the radiant energy from the sun is changed into chemical energy stored as carbohydrates. We eat the plants and turn that chemical energy, stored as glucose, which is taken into the muscle cells where it is converted into mechanical energy. As our muscle cells contract as we walk we release heat energy and convert energy into the kinetic energy of motion. It is pretty incredible when you think about it! Energy is constantly shifting forms in our bodies and in the world around us.
It is a blessing that energy is able to change forms. It is when energy stops flowing and becomes stagnant, the body will start to show signs of dysfunction and disease. This is where I come in! I am able to connect to your energy, identify what is causing the energy not to flow properly, and work to get it flowing again using principles of quantum science, loving intention, visualizations, and my unique gifts. I work with your energy! This is why I call myself an energy worker, not an energy healer. I help as a conduit for healing Light and Love to work towards achieving harmony in your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual energies.

-How can you connect to my energy?
First of all, I must have your permission to connect to your energy to work on you. Agency is Universal law. I will only work on those who have given me verbal or written permission to do so.
Secondly, all things in the universe are made of energy. Light, Love, and Intelligence are in all things and because of this, we are all connected. Have you ever had an experience when you could sense that something is happening to a loved one that isn’t physically near you? It is because you are energetically connected to this person that you are able to feel and/or sense what they are experiencing through the field.
Often people will only see themselves as tissues, bones, and physical body. They forget that we are much more than that! We have electromagnetic fields, light, and are full of energy in motion that radiates beyond our physical bodies. These different energies are constantly communicating and exchanging information with one another.

The sub-atomic particles, which we are made of, can connect and instantaneously have an effect on one another. Distance is not a factor in this instant communication. -How are you able to find out what is occurring in my energy?
There is a reason this energy modality I practice is called Investigating Health! Once I connect to your energy, I use several things to help me identify what is happening with my client. The first is intuition. I listen to those thoughts and inspiration and follow through investigating where I feel directed to look to find the underlying issues. The next tool I use is called muscle testing, sometimes referred to as applied kinesiology.
-What is muscle testing?
Muscle testing is more than understanding truths, it is a higher level of communication. It is a spirit to spirit communication. Our spirits are intelligent! They are able to see clearly without being skewed by the limitations of the physical body. As I connect to your spirit energy, I can communicate with it and ask questions to discover truths. I ask questions and receive answers about what is occurring in the energy of my client.
One of the great things about questions is that it can lead us to answers! Knowledge truly is power. There is a reason doctors use blood tests and imagery in order to diagnose a health issue. Once they have discovered the cause, it can be treated. Similarly, I investigate by asking questions and can find where and why the energy isn’t flowing as it should. Once discovered, it can be changed!
